Responsibilities
Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
Manages marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
Creates content for various marketing channels including digital, print, and social media
Drives awareness of the Company and embrace brand stewardship
Ensures consistency in branding and messaging across all channels
Leads the customer and partner communications and collateral efforts using existing templates
Manages social media, including creates engaging content and consistently post to the company's social media accounts
Creates collateral, such as the Company website and case studies, and contributes to creative content development processes where required
Collects and house industry relevant research
Ensures the marketing folder is updated
Coordinates applications for events/trade shows and the actual participation
Supports the coordination of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives
Manages competitive research
Leads and manage email prospecting, including tracking metrics from various lead generation platforms
Performs other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3 – 5 years previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Proven experience translating marketing messages to visuals
Proven experience communicating ideas in visual formats
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and engage audiences across multiple channels.
Ability to work as a team and to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office programs, Squarespace (or equivalent), email marketing tools (Mailchimp or equivalent tools), and other appropriate software
Familiarity and experience using a variety of social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
