Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategies and messages aligning with the company vision.
Create corporate marketing plans and budgets.
Manage social media campaigns for targeted messaging and audience engagement.
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
Coordinate sales meetings and assist in preparing sales pitches and proposals.
Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
Design and oversee marketing programs from concept through execution.
Manage the firm's marketing event calendar and provide event support.
Develop concepts for growing perceptions of Epoch as an industry thought leader.
Manage online marketing presence and ensure website reflects latest messaging.
Plan and manage events like seminars, webinars, tradeshows, and industry events.
Create and manage all collateral and ads across platforms.
Lead content generation and production.
Establish forward-looking calendars for PR, tradeshows, marketing programs, product launches, and ad placements.
Analyze and evaluate campaign results to optimize programs.
Develop and execute marketing tactics to position the company as an innovator and leader.
Qualification

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
Detail oriented, results focused.
Robust writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Knowledge of graphic design / desktop publishing. (Canva, Adobe, WordPress, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of different social media platforms and ability to post across channels.
Experience with various computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot) strongly preferred.
Experience with Google Analytics and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
An effective leader, mentor, and communicator.
Excellent computer skills in software related to marketing.
Uncompromising ethical standards, with the ability to work autonomously and as a team player.
Background in marketing for services and B2B preferred.
A minimum of 3-4 years marketing experience.
Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
