Responsibilities

Data analysis and mining

Report and deck building

Customer profiling and segmentation analysis

Statistical modeling

Establishing the right statistical approach through testing

Conducting ETL operations and coordinating with clients and teams

Determining quantitative methods for solving client issues

Presenting ideas and findings to clients

Interacting with internal groups across the globe

Evaluating and improving internal tools and processes

Developing reports and processes for data quality control

Interpreting and visualizing analytic results for client teams

Anticipating project risks and constraints

Required

Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) or equivalent in statistics, math, economics or related scientific/quantitative field; advanced degree (M.A., M.S., Ph.D.) preferred.

2+ years of experience in quantitative marketing arena, in database and/or digital (addressable) marketing, including strong understanding of relational database concepts

Proficiency with multiple analytics tools required; Python, R, SQL

Experience with applying statistical techniques such as regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis, time series forecasting, experimental and design, etc. to solve business problems

Ability to discover hidden insights or complex patterns through advanced multi-variate data mining techniques on un-structured business problems

Ability to translate analysis insights into actionable recommendations and strategies for marketers

Preferred

Experience working in the Healthcare industry, specifically Pharma, helpful, but not required

Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud computing platforms experience a plus

Experience in dashboard (Tableau, Datorama) design, deployment, and client delivery preferred
