Responsibilities
Develops and maintains financial budget and forecasting models for assigned business units
Analyzes and interprets financial information, including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and key financial and business metrics
Provides advisory support on assigned business units’ strategic initiatives
Collaborate on FP&A related process improvements; provide input to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting
Prepares fact-based presentations to key business leaders
Leads complex financial analysis projects
Support ad hoc reporting and analysis
Mentors and advises Financial Analyst team members

Required
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related area
4+ years of work experience in a similar financial or analytical role
Strong ability to breakdown and understand financial results, and effectively handle multiple deliverables in a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with FP&A partners and cross-functional teams
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. The Ability to tell the financial story using charts, graphs, and other data visualization
