Responsibilities
Handle personal automobile and homeowner casualty exposures through the life of the claim.
Manage, evaluate, and negotiate complex casualty claims from multiple states.
Reside in the Phoenix Metro area and travel as needed for proceedings and other initiatives.

Required
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of two years of relevant claims adjusting experience
Must be able to successfully secure an adjuster license in all states that require one
Consistent history of excellent file documentation and claim evaluations
Strong communication skills are required
Strong technical proficiency in directing litigation
Must demonstrate superior negotiating skills
Ability to operate with minimum supervision
Preferred
Successful completion of an insurance designation program (CPCU, AIC, etc.)
