Responsibilities
Regular and predictable onsite attendance and punctuality.
Manage the life cycle of launched products to support robust manufacturing processes, drive site metrics, and reduce rejects.
Identify and take ownership of process optimization opportunities, evaluate risks, and lead cross-functional assessments for improvements.
Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement and root cause analysis, ensuring rapid closure of deviations.
Support investigations of deviations and troubleshoot process-related issues, driving corrective and preventive actions.
Analyze KPIs, support operator improvements, and facilitate process enhancements.
Provide leadership and mentoring to address process issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Mentor less experienced team members to enhance job performance and personal growth.

Required
B.S. in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related scientific discipline
Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical experience, or a minimum of 15 years of pharmaceutical experience
Knowledgeable background in pharmaceutical technology transfer, quality assurance, quality control, product development, or manufacturing
