In depth knowledge/understanding of the PM methodology and a broad understanding/awareness of SDLC methodologies
Experience within state government

Advanced PC skills required (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)

Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree with five years of project management experience
Strong ability to work effectively in a business and technical environment

Strong ability to rally support among peers and work effectively within challenging situations

Advanced PC skills required (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)
