Design & project management for land development, including Industrial and economic development, data centers, residential, commercial, and educational, and municipal site development projects; Land development services range from due diligence and master planning to design and construction administration

Site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility, roadway & other engineering plans

Required

2-12 years of experience

Civil engineering degree

EIT

PE or on track to obtain it

AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency

Design & project management experience for land development projects including various types of developments such as industrial, economic, data centers, residential, commercial, educational, and municipal site development projects

Experience in site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility, roadway, and other engineering plans
