Responsibilities

Primary focus: Photolithography

DOE (Designs of Experiments), FMEA (Failure Mode & Effects Analysis)

Optimizing current processes while developing new ones

Improving compound semiconductor FAB

Training, certifying operators on processes, writing & releasing process procedures & instructions, sign off on tool / process release into production

Work directly with integration & other engineers on process development

Oversee process engineer & technicians, ensuring tasks are moving toward agreed upon plan

Evaluating metrology tool / processes

Oversee tools, manufacturing process, production issues, etc.
