Responsibilities
Attend Governance meetings with the Service Delivery Manager/Head
Prepare and Review project schedules and determine necessary resourcing for development.
Participate in project kickoff meetings
Review and Conduct risk and quality planning meetings with functional leads.
Lead project status meetings. Create Review and present status reports and meeting agendas and send out post-meeting minutes to participants.
Review project staffing solutions and resourcing requirements to functional managers.
Advise the Service Delivery Manager on decisions to add and release development resources on projects as needed.
Attend internal department meetings and customer meetings when required.
