Responsibilities

Own and supervise all processes related to manufacturing of Modern Oral products.
Develop, plan, and conduct studies for enhancements to safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency.
Identify and resolve machine, product, and quality issues.
Design tests, analyze data, and summarize findings for equipment and processes.
Provide root cause and data analysis for applicable processes.
Participate in equipment/process qualifications and quality plans.
Supervise critical quality and performance parameters.
Review machine and quality data for integrity.

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science or related field with 2+ years of progressive experience
Previous experience in process control, statistics or information technology preferred
Strong interpersonal skills; Problem-solving skills, risk-based decision making
Strong computer, written and oral communication skills
Expertise with Microsoft Office, data systems, and crucial computer applications

Preferred

Proven expertise evidenced by relevant certifications. (IWS, Kaizen, CQE, Six Sigma etc.)
Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal oversight
Results-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet manufacturing and contract reporting deadlines
Manufacturing or Quality experience a plus
