Responsibilities

Develop and characterize BCD devices for high-voltage BCD and SOI processes.

Conduct extensive device and process TCAD simulations using various techniques.

Collaborate with Fab and Design Engineering teams to enhance yield and optimize circuits and devices.

Perform design/layout, wafer processing, and simulation DOEs to determine optimal process and device performance characteristics.

Present technical data, results, and conclusions in team meetings.

Utilize troubleshooting techniques to isolate and resolve technical issues with devices and processes.

Required

Good knowledge of semiconductor device physics.

Experience in device characterization and modeling/verification is a plus.

Good understanding of semiconductor process technology.

Strong computer skills.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Familiar with Synopsys simulation tools.

Familiar with Cadence.

Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred, with a major emphasis on Semiconductor Devices
