Responsibilities
Read and analyze business requirements to create content for mobile apps, websites, emails, text messages, and push notifications.
Provide strategic thinking to suggest content strategy solutions.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and work in a fast-paced environment.
Complete projects within 1 to 7 days based on complexity.
Migrate existing website content from old CMS to AEM.

Required
3-5 years professional experience in UX or content writing
Financial services OR insurance experience
Preferred
A UX writing (not UX design or UX research) certification
Intermediate use of design systems/content management systems
Intermediate knowledge in Figma
Experience in financial/insurance services
Portfolio for review
