Responsibilities

Serve as a member of the service area team

Sit on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance

Analyze, understand, and report on key financial and business trends for the organization

Collect, research, and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances, and trending analyses

Apply advanced knowledge and skills

Perform difficult and complex tasks

Provide guidance, assistance, and training to more junior-level analysts

Support larger and/or more complex service area teams

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance

5+ years of analytical and business experience

Preferred

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or another related field of study

2+ years of healthcare related experience

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

Proficient in advanced SQL query writing

Experience or strong interest in Data Visualization and User Experience, using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
