Responsibilities
Support application releases, change management, and process optimization.
Facilitate communication among teams and with stakeholders.
Assist in technical reviews and accommodate requests.
Communication and technical liaison for planning activities.
Process baseline creation and redesign for customer experience improvement.
Facilitate pre- and post-installation calls and technical reviews.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3 years of relevant experience; or additional 4 years in lieu of degree.
Ability to work effectively with changing priorities and deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Disclosure of any events affecting eligibility for Federal health care programs.
Preferred
Proficiency in process engineering, improvement techniques, and mapping.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
