Responsibilities

Coordinate Promotional and Rework Products: Manage all promotional and rework product requirements across the business.

Strategize Inventory Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative strategies to ensure well-stocked inventory.

Ensure Product Supply: Plan and execute effective management strategies for seamless product flow.

Leverage ERP Systems: Streamline supply chain processes using Enterprise Resource Planning and Management Systems.

Excel Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to manage and analyze data for operational insights.

Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-notch service to stakeholders, meeting their needs promptly and efficiently.

Manage Logistics and Distribution: Oversee logistics and distribution to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.

Global Supply Chain Oversight: Manage global supply chain operations to ensure smooth operations.

Required

A Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent work experience.

At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, Logistics, Production Control, Inventory Management, and/or Master Planning/Scheduling.

Experience in pharmaceutical and/or consumer packaged goods environments is highly preferred, along with an understanding of industry standards for packaging.

Knowledge of lot codes and controls, FDA regulations, expiration dates, and primary and secondary packaging in a pharmaceutical setting.

Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with reporting tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of staff and management.
