Responsibilities
Define, articulate, and implement the product vision and strategy for our wellness mobile app and subscription-based OTT platforms.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product features that align with business goals and user needs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with product goals and business objectives.
Communicate product updates, decisions, and progress effectively to all relevant parties.
Leverage product analytics tools (Amplitude, Appflyer, Moengage) to gather and interpret data on user behaviour, product engagement, and performance metrics.
Use data insights to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure the successful and timely delivery of product features and enhancements.
Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize the product backlog and ensure that development efforts align with the product roadmap.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate product ideas and improve user experience.
Collect and analyse user feedback to iterate on product features and ensure a high level of user satisfaction.
Monitor and analyse product performance against key metrics and KPIs.
Identify opportunities for optimization and growth based on data insights and user feedback.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or product analysis.
Proven experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Appflyer, and Moengage.
Experience in developing and managing wellness mobile apps or subscription-based OTT applications.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in creating detailed product documentation, user stories, and requirements.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and frameworks.
Preferred
Experience in the wellness or OTT industry.
Knowledge of user experience design principles.
Understanding of mobile app development and subscription-based business models.
