Responsibilities

Develop cross functional relationships to implement equipment modifications for improved efficiency and productivity.
Manage design and installation of capital projects, prioritize initiatives aligned with business goals, and prepare Capital Proposals within budget guidelines.
Analyze projects for mechanical/technical feasibility and provide solutions to meet project objectives.
Select and manage third party contractors on projects, ensuring work quality and adherence to company standards.
Plan, coordinate, and implement improvement projects within production.
Support project teams with machine modifications and installations.
Coordinate the implementation of CBA reapplications.
Collaborate with engineering to maintain an updated equipment library for manuals and catalogues.
Manage supplier and OEM relationships to fulfill business needs.
Work with maintenance leads to improve maintenance practices and safety in the working environment.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 3+ years of technical equivalent experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes(IWS), equipment, and automation technologies.
Proven track record of change management, collaboration, and team building.
Understanding industry and technology trends to identify opportunities.
Excellent analytical problem solving, decision making and negotiating skills.
Excellent understanding of Preventive Maintenance methodologies including spare parts inventory control
Excellent organizational and project management skills can lead and drive the technical services team's execution.
Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer skills.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

Experience in an FDA regulated industry and familiarity with IWS is desirable.
