Responsibilities
Hunt and close new business opportunities with small and large OEM industrial customers.
Actively pursue and develop new industrial clients.
Drive the entire sales process for large and small industrial clients.
Prospect and develop new leads through target market searches, site visits, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and implement a strategy to increase lead quality and conversion.
Partner with sales management to define and hone lead requirements and forecasts.
Create value propositions that meet the customer's needs.
Achieve new contract revenue quota and personal sales targets year over year.
Comply with company use of CRM.
Deliver weekly reports on call activity, lead, and opportunity generation.

Required
5 years’ experience in calling on Industrial OEMs and managing complex sales opportunities.
Must have a hunter mentality and be able to consistently create new opportunities.
Proven track record of prospecting and developing a robust pipeline.
Demonstrated hunter experience and record of quota attainment.
Strong communicator
CRM software solution expertise
BS/BA Degree from a four-year university
Preferred
Previous corporate B2B sales training preferred.
