Responsibilities
Planning and Coordinating travel for our technicians going to events
Creation of travel kits for our field technicians
Travel expense reconciliation and approval for the team
Assist with timekeeping corrections
Assist with running ADP Payroll
Assist with benefit administration via ADP
Ordering and confirming services needed for our events
Managing outside vendors – scheduling required services
Reviewing and paying office bills
Maintain licenses and insurance coverage
Assist with recruiting efforts
Occasional travel to larger events to support tech team on show site

Able to type 50WPM or better
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
