Responsibilities
Communicate with clients (listening, collaborating, leading, and clearly communicating a creative vision)
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders (designers, engineers, product managers, QA, etc.)
Design application structures using User Flows and Sitemaps
Build Wireframe prototypes and beautiful UI's
Maintain good organization of projects (files, documentation, time tracking, etc)
Advocate for design and design process within the company
Help us continue to build our brand and help with marketing efforts

Required
5+ years of experience as a senior/lead designer (Experience working at startups and/or an agency is ideal)
Deep understanding of UX principles
Comfortable working in a wide range of industries, clients, and project sizes
Experience collaborating with a team, especially in a remote office environment
General design curiosity and a passion for making great things
Strong experience with Figma
Basic understanding of modern web technologies, browsers, frameworks, and devices
