Responsibilities

Define and execute the roadmap and strategy of all current and future products in a business group.

Gather and prioritize requirements, work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and support company goals.

Manage all staff involved in software product development and oversee software releases while maintaining communication with customers for feedback.

Work with VP to develop overall product strategy and administer tactical activities.

Understand market opportunities and competition, specify market requirements, and deliver requirement documents to development teams.

Conduct meetings with strategic suppliers, national account managers, and marketing counterparts to discuss progress on business and marketing plans.

Produce and maintain content and assets for ArrowSphere to promote products.

Collaborate with marketing managers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue through demand generation tools and industry events.

Ensure relevant teams receive necessary training to use and promote CloudHealth and associated offerings.

Ensure awareness of CloudHealth within partner organizations and conduct customer training or enablement events.
