Responsibilities
Supports quality control and management efforts developing and applying quality standards.
Documents service challenges or outages, directs requests for corrective actions to appropriate points of contact, and logs relevant activity.
Conducts weekly meetings with operational oversight staff to capture trends and lessons learned and ensures broader program awareness.
Participates in weekly update briefings to ensure operational awareness. Maintains and updates program Quality Control Plan (QCP) and uses the Quality Assurance Checklist. Coordinates with vendors for scheduled audits/vulnerability assessment activities.
Participates in vulnerability management meetings.
Ensures appropriate knowledge management practices across the enterprise. Prepares and submits Environmentally Preferable Activities Report

Required
BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
5+ years of quality assurance experience in an IT development environment
DoD project management experience desired
