Responsibilities

Lead the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of enterprise applications and servers

Plan, design, and develop database servers, web servers, and application servers

Ensure the performance and reliability of enterprise systems

Partner with third party support vendors

Create and maintain required documentation of policies, procedures, audits, etc.

Coordinate day-to-day configuration, training, support, maintenance, and improvements of applications

Maintain the integrity of security design and engineering for enterprise applications and systems

Provide programming/scripting assistance to support system automation

Required

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of current work experience implementing and maintaining enterprise applications, databases, and servers; or Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience

At least 1 year of work experience will include administering complex systems across an enterprise

Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree

Knowledge of Windows software applications

Experience and knowledge of Utility Enterprise Systems

Enterprise Architecture best practices

Proficient with version source control and migration best practices

Ability to install, customize and navigate applications

Strong attention-to-detail
