Responsibilities

Attend in-person and virtual meetings with Customers

Respond to requests for information regarding all past, current, and future OSP and splicing projects

Submit requests for information to the Customer, follow up, and track all requests

Communicate with field inspectors, Customer Agents, City Staff, and Regulatory Agency Representatives

Engage in sequencing of deployment activities, timing, and schedule of events

Support the creation, maintenance, and updates of schedules

Collect construction ride-out information, organize it for timely delivery to the Customer, and report potential risks, delays, and blockers

Coordinate and submit utility locates, creation, and continual update of Construction and Splicing Redlines

Prepare, organize, and submit all project-related submittals at the Customer's request

Track permits from receipt to project closeout, raise flags regarding potential risks and challenges

Collect and process daily submittals from crew foremen, PCM, and subcontractors

Collaborate and Coordinate with GM and PM’s on meeting sales goals and targets

Translate in-field production activities into central billing units and report those units to the Customer

Create reports of production, share metrics daily with the team, track goals and milestones

Familiarity with utility infrastructure, Adobe or Bluebeam, computer proficiency, understanding of utility locates, ability to read communication utility designs, ability to understand permits
