Responsibilities
Play lead role in designing and developing infrastructure automation solutions that are cloud agnostic and will work in both AWS and Azure.
Provide guidance for optimal setup from networking, compute, storage, security, business continuity, budgeting, and governance standpoints.
Ability to work in a highly distributed team.
Work with R&D teams to help them adapt their deployment solutions for cloud readiness.

Required
10+ years of programming experience in both backend and front-end development of solutions hosted in AWS/Azure.
Extensive experience working with operational teams and processes, such as change control, incident management, etc.
Extensive experience working with relational and NoSQL database technologies.
Education Level: BA/BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
Expert understanding of key Azure/AWS components and concepts for both IAAS and PAAS including networking, compute, storage, security, managed services and well-architected frameworks.
Experience building and managing microservices based solutions.
Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Ability to work effectively with distributed team.
Ability to work in high pressure, highly flexible environment against both short and long-term objectives.
Passionate about technology and solving IT operations-focused problems.
Must be detail oriented, task driven, and have excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with staff, peers, and others in and outside the organization to accomplish goals, objectives and to identify and resolve problems.
Preferred
Experience writing PowerShell libraries highly desired.
Experience with Kubernetes and containers a plus
