Responsibilities

Monitor Success: Diligently track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and product performance, providing insights for continuous improvement

Master Insights: Leverage deep expertise in data analysis, customer understanding, and business acumen to inform strategic decisions.

Expertise in Action: Demonstrate deep domain expertise, applying specialized knowledge to shape and advance product strategy and development.

Partner with customers and other team members to understand business needs, challenges, and opportunities and translate customer/business requirements into a workable software roadmap and solutions; deliver meaningful impact to customers and Dispatch

Understand competitor landscape and industry trends for their use case and is the ‘go-to person’ for competitor insight; uses this insight to inform product strategy and identify sustainable competitive advantages for their use case

Utilize and share internal and competitive data to benchmark product performance, determine strategic implications, and provide development opportunities for Product team members to make more informed decisions

Influence business leaders and the technical teams; communicate consumer/client needs, market trends, and translate those needs and trends into new product features

Partner with engineering teams on the creation of requirements and user stories, ensure the business vision is being accurately implemented and meets market/stakeholder expectations

Manage and drive the product launch & ongoing release process, anticipate possible risks and issues, and proactively find solutions to obstacles

Establish a communication structure to report out updates, progress, status with the team and leadership so that everyone understands their role and expectations

Manage the total performance of designated product sets to meet critical business metrics, including but not limited to traffic, user satisfaction, consumer engagement, and financial results

Act as a training resource and mentor to new team members to ensure they are successfully onboarded and supported; provide thoughtful leadership and guide others in solving problems
