Responsibilities
Understand the needs of older adults with healthcare debt through detailed research and analysis.
Transform large volumes of data into clear, actionable insights.
Develop personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to illustrate key themes.
Create compelling reports and narratives for internal and external use.
Provide strategic recommendations to transition from analysis to actionable plans.
Identify organizational strengths and gaps to focus efforts for maximum impact.
Maintain a program strategy roadmap to ensure alignment with stakeholders.
Support the Financial Wellbeing team with data visualizations as needed.

Required
Advanced degree in design, social sciences, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in service design or human-centered design.
Expertise in distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Proficiency with analysis tools like stakeholder analysis, SWOT, service blueprints, and journey mapping.
Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.
Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Passion for addressing healthcare debt issues.
Experience in early-stage service design, project scoping, and testing.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage detailed plans and prioritize tasks.
