Responsibilities

Analyze global trends and provide insights to improve quality performance across TikTok products.

Collaborate with various teams to measure and analyze data, identifying key trends leading to quality failures.

Direct focus areas based on insights to enhance quality across the quality system.

Develop governance controls, monitor performance, and deliver actionable insights.

Create reports and dashboards to identify focus areas and trends within the ecosystem.

Build prediction models for identifying global trends and performance issues.

Utilize statistical tools to simplify complex data sets for issue diagnosis and solution proposals.

Evaluate the impact of upcoming changes on operations and support their effective execution.

Required

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field

2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field

Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques

Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar tools

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in SQL and Excel

Experience in predictive modeling and data mining techniques

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Master's degree in a quantitative field

Experience in a tech company or social media platform

Experience in Trust and Safety operations or related field

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques

Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar technologies
