Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership by driving the design and development of major architecture components for Workspace ONE Intelligence.

Own engineering initiatives and champion a culture of high ownership, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.

Coach, manage, and mentor junior engineers.

Develop a solid understanding of the Workspace ONE platform architecture.

Develop deep subject matter expertise in one or more areas of the platform such as data ingest, storage, ML, workflows, APIs.

Architect, design, and implement high-performing components of the platform.

Collaborate with other teams to leverage the capabilities of Workspace ONE Intelligence.

Design software, write code, assist with technology selection, and support peers with code reviews, design reviews, and technical insights.

Drive improvements in DevOps, Agile, and CI/CD processes to enable the team to work more efficiently.

Support the team's on-call responsibilities and drive API excellence with well-thought-out opinions on API design.
