Responsibilities
Help coordinate tasks daily with internal departments & 3rd parties to ensure flawless execution of National Marketing Events, PR Initiatives and Programs not related to specific product categories
Coordinate and implement “marketing request forms,” coupon set-up, insertion orders, invoices, kitting lists, etc. for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basis
Compile and manage project timelines and task lists
Proofread marketing and presentation materials for messaging and accuracy
May perform other duties as assigned

Required
Minimum 2 years of Marketing experience (professional/corporate only, NO internships)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, OR 1-3 years’ work experience in project management of marketing programs, preferably in a retail marketing environment
Understands multiple marketing channels (email, social media, etc.)
Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered
Demonstrate effective project management, organization, communication and multi-tasking skills
Outstanding attention to detail, timelines and deadlines
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external partners
Ability to effectively communicate, interact, and build relationships to support store network
Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Preferred
Experience with Asana
Experience in Tableau
Any Campaign Marketing experience
Adobe experience
