Responsibilities
Understand and analyze the trade cycle and different asset classes.
Design and build reconciliation solutions including TLM rules configuration, core controls, data ingestion, and transformation.
Utilize technical skills in Unix, SQL, Python, API, data streaming solutions, cloud hosting, and containerization.
Manage stakeholders, track projects accurately, coordinate across teams, and handle partner applications.
Lead end-to-end project management, including communication and reporting.
Manage testing end-to-end UAT with reporting and utilize metrics dashboard knowledge (Qliksense, Tableau).
Demonstrate excellent requirements elicitation and documentation/presentation skills.

Required
TLM 3.0 , Recon exp and strong BA
Good operations Knowledge ( like reconciliation operational knowledge of cash instruments, nostro, general ledger, suspense etc)
Know the trade cycle and general understanding of different Asset classes
Technical knowledge to be able to talk to technical team members to coding knowledge needed
Business Analysts from Investment banking domain(with in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets/ Securities Services products/Syndicated Loans & TTS ) and reconciliation build experience
Hands on experience in Recon design and build incl. TLM rules config, core controls, data ingestion and transformation
Hands on experience in Unix and SQL
Stakeholder management, accurate project tracking, co-ordination across teams and partner applications, reporting and timely escalation in case of issues
End to End Project management, with stakeholder management and communications
Testing Management End to End UAT , with reporting
Metrics Dashboard knowledge (Qliksense, Tableau)
Excellent requirements elicitation and documentation / presentation skills
Preferred
Exposure to Python, API / data streaming solutions, Cloud hosting, Containerization and data analytics
Hands on experience on build strategic (Recon Tool based) and tactical solutions (RPA / dashboards / reporting)
