Responsibilities

Perform analysis to measure server, network, and services costs, utilizing strong Excel skills and understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and SKUs for accurate pricing.
Track server, server component costs, and network hardware costs against budget estimates and predicted costs (actual vs forecast).
Maintain a database of Supplier rates to establish benchmarks for negotiating new deals.
Develop departmental presentations using PowerPoint, Word, Excel for senior management sharing.

Required

B.S. or Advanced Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering preferred.
Strong background in Financial, Cost, and Pricing analysis.
Proficient in data analysis ensuring data quality.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including V-lookups, H-lookups, Macros, Pivot Tables.
Experience in sourcing or procurement with services suppliers.
Customer service orientation.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Ability to engage with business stakeholders to gather/define requirements.
Strong presentation skills with data visualization expertise in Excel and PowerBI.
Solid knowledge of SQL handling data from multiple sources.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding overarching objectives to provide continuous improvement recommendations.
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred

Experience in Supply Chain Management preferred.
