Responsibilities

Understand the company's overall concept, including brands, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of services

Conceptualize, design, and deliver compelling creative within tight deadlines while multitasking on various projects

Build creative for new product launches, sales collateral, email campaigns, and more

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

Study creative briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

Work with copywriters, vendors, and creative director to produce final design as required

Deliver graphic design work on assigned projects: creative conception, sketching, design, feedback, iteration, and final delivery that are visually appealing and on-brand

Manage and adhere to strict timelines for the production of graphics

Navigate your own priorities and time on projects of various sizes from concept to completion

Manage and review design work from external agencies
