Responsibilities

Ensure smooth execution of Certificate Training Series (CTS) by managing promotional materials, onboarding, facilitator coordination, attendance tracking, material preparation, and event logistics.

Contribute to internal and external communications creation, modification, and distribution, including emails and marketing materials.

Maintain accurate Salesforce records for participant data, event attendance, and communication history.

Provide general administrative support by managing correspondence, MOUs, document filing, and queries.
