Responsibilities

Support the implementation, management, annual rollover, and maintenance of district software systems, primarily focusing on the Munis system.

Develop processes and provide training related to the use and management of data systems.

Lead implementation, training, and end-user engagement for district data systems, especially the District ERP System (Finance, Purchasing, Payroll, and HR).

Review and respond to support tickets, addressing concerns and needs of school-based users.

Communicate regularly with clients' staff, including Curriculum department leadership, central office users, and school-based users.

Document all service/project requests in the OIT issue tracking system, JIRA.

Provide technical training for district staff and teachers to support software applications.

Required

Experience with ERP Systems (Finance, Purchasing, Payroll, and HR)
