Responsibilities

Develop project plans for successful execution, and delivery of technical projects within established timelines.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Maintain a deep understanding of relevant technologies, frameworks, and methodologies within healthcare industry(including but not limited to MA and AFA, HealthPlan implementations, tech integrations)

Communicate regularly with key stakeholders, including leadership and customers to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.

Monitor and evaluate project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within technical projects, developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

Proactively address issues and challenges as they arise, escalating to senior management when necessary.
