Responsibilities

Compose/edit/proofread a variety of correspondence, reports, policies, forms, and other printed or electronic materials.
Create and maintain organizational filing systems.
Mail out tax returns and correspondence.
Reviewing, scanning and forwarding incoming communication.
Maintaining tax return documentation and historical records in SharePoint and other systems.
Assisting with tracking deliverables and maintaining project management system in SharePoint.
Supporting departmental transformation projects to increase efficiency across tax department.
Supporting regulatory filings and other finance activities.
Assisting team members with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required

High School Diploma.
At least 2 years of related experience.
Able to operate at a high level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Detail oriented, self motivated, and able to multi-task and problem solve with minimal direction.
Strong customer service orientation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of follow up and responsiveness.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on SharePoint.
Experience with tax administrative matters preferred.
