Responsibilities

Quality Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with Carewell.com's goals and industry best practices.

QA Foundations: Build foundational processes and practices for managing a high-performing QA team.

Team Leadership: Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation across engineering teams.

Test Planning & Execution: Design and execute test plans for various testing types, oversee automated test suites, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Documentation: Establish and enforce clear, concise documentation standards for software development and QA processes.

Requirements Management: Manage CI/CD workflow, collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, and integrate QA processes into the software development lifecycle.

Code Quality & Release Management: Implement best practices for code quality, maintainability, and release processes.

Project Management: Collaborate with Product Management to manage software and QA resources, timelines, and budgets for multiple projects.

Collaboration: Foster partnerships with engineering, product management, customer support, and other teams to promote quality commitment.
