Responsibilities
Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
Configure and install software, servers, routers, and other network devices.
Monitor network performance and integrity to ensure high levels of data availability and network performance.
Automate tasks and monitor their effectiveness.
Create, oversee, and test security measures (e.g., access authentication and disaster recovery).
Communicate with users when needed.
Maintain complete technical documentation.
Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network infrastructure.
Collaborate with team members to optimize network design and performance.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Network Engineer.
Solid background in Linux systems.
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS).
Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic, and network analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills with a capacity to explain complex concepts in layman's language.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology.
Preferred
Professional certification (e.g., CCNP, CCDP) is a plus.
