Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and grow complex, multi-faceted external and internal client relationships within the assigned client portfolio.
Engage in new payment processing customer onboarding and oversee the development and implementation of custom and standard onboarding/implementation plans.
Serve as a liaison between client Account Management, internal teams, and core system vendors.
Analyze statistical and production client processing volumes to understand day-to-day client management, product usage, process improvement opportunities, and best practices.
Assist in developing documentation, processes, and reporting to support Payment Processing and manage query responses to ensure client/merchant requests are addressed.
Perform other responsibilities as reasonably required.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university required
Minimum of five years related work experience
Knowledge of Payment Processing Operations
An understanding of regulatory requirements for financial institutions
Preferred
Knowledge of ACH Services, RDC/x9 File Delivery, Debit/Credit Card Services, and Card Management
