Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on schedule.
Conduct image research, create mood boards, develop presentations in InDesign, build finish palettes, and illustrate designs in 2D and 3D.
Work on diverse project types: hotels, commercial residential, F&B, and high-end private residential.
Understand drawing sets, interior finish specifications, and FF&E specifications.
Engage comfortably in client-facing interactions.

Required
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, REVIT, and SketchUp
Must be based in Miami
Required to be in the office 1-3 times weekly, depending on project demands

LEED certification and NCIDQ
