Responsibilities

Support the Sign Hotline to optimize processes and drive transparency through effective and consistent communication regarding stores’ sign ordering needs

Lead and implement inventory management for in-store assets and signage within proprietary data management tool

Coordinate with Store Experience strategists to ensure up to date information is entered into data management tool consistently

Review expired inventory monthly reporting for accuracy

Partner with key IT colleagues to produce regular reporting that will be shared with third party vendors

Build and establish strong relationship with print and fulfillment partners externally and internally

Ensure consistent communication with Senior Manager regarding the management of Store Experience signage and fixture assets

Support key communication and development initiatives for the Store Experience Strategy Office

Required

Detail oriented and process driven with excellent data management skills

3+ years of marketing experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding; retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience strongly preferred
