Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities
Work directly with Media Managers and Account Supervisors on assigned clients on a project-by-project basis
Manage project plans in collaboration with internal and external teams, adjusting project scope and schedules accordingly
Possess a thorough understanding of client’s attributes, marketing objectives, target audience, competitive environment, and market dynamics
Develop/maintain timelines and deadlines for all campaigns through the project management system
Produce campaign recap decks for all efforts (paid and owned)
Maintain vendor relationships and work with outside vendors on production orders
Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies, evaluate current processes, and implement improvements
Update leadership on project status and key metrics, with a long-term goal of creating a Job Numbering system
Maintain agency/vendor relationships through communication and meetings, sourcing new vendors/quoting
Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Prioritize and multi-task to enhance productivity and manage workload efficiently
Interact with appropriate agency executives and staff effectively
Be articulate, honest, have a sense of humor, easygoing, disciplined, and motivated

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising or business preferred
1-2 years of relevant experience in project management, advertising and/or marketing role preferred
Knowledge of proofing client work/quality assurance process is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required
Experience with project management software (Freedcamp preferred)
Deep understanding of project management, workflow and infrastructure
Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
Professional verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to multi-task, balance numerous and diverse operations, as well as possess the ability to work well with all levels of employees and management
Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster client, vendor, and internal relations
