Collaboration: Work closely with the consulting team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular reports to management.

Required

Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the aviation or compliance consulting industry.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and safety management systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred.
