Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with marketing team members to design various marketing materials such as brochures, announcements, infographics, and advertisements
Lead the strategy to enhance the website presence and maintain its overall health and link maintenance
Own the visual identity of the IntelliShift brand and ensure brand compliance across digital platforms
Design campaign deliverables including presentations, emails, digital ads, social media posts, and more
Develop templates for general marketing and special projects using tools like InDesign, Illustrator, Word, and PowerPoint
Edit and refine PowerPoint presentations and ensure continuity in brand compliance

Required
Minimum of 6 years in graphic design and experience creating print and/or digital in a corporate or agency setting
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, web design, or advertising
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Premier)
Experience in digital page layout, including HTML emails, blogs, and webpage design
Proficient in creating, editing, and maintaining video and audio files and interactive PDFs using iMovie, Premier, Vimeo, or similar platforms
Strong skills in the MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
Experience with email and event management platforms
Knowledge of printing processes and strong experience preparing documents for professional printing
Effective communication in a collaborative professional environment
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Flexibility to work additional hours when needed
