Required

BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

5+ years experience focused primarily in interaction and visual design, contributing to products, design systems.

Experience designing for mobile.

A solid understanding of user-centered and interaction design principles and best practices.

Comfortable switching between low-level, specific product details and high-level ecosystem needs.

Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to build good working relationships.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.

An ability to communicate complex interaction concepts and design rationales clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.

Must be self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines.
