Responsibilities
Processing of customer information: Data verification, uploading, and transcription
Develop data management processes to client satisfaction to support their rail corridor encroachment program
Assist the client in the development of standards, procedures and policy positions related to meeting their goals and objectives
Ability to understand basic database interfaces
Support for engineering tasks as required

Required
4-year degree in engineering, business, or law preferred
A genuine interest in office support
Strong interpersonal skills
Organized and a self-starter
Effective in both verbal and written communication
Confident usage of Microsoft Office
Understanding of Smartsheet a plus
