Responsibilities
Design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows based on business requirements.
Implement and customize AEM-based solutions integrating with third-party applications and services.
Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability of AEM applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and project managers.
Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Stay updated with AEM platform advancements and industry best practices.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience (X years) as an AEM Developer with strong proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager.
Expertise in Java, Servlets, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Hands-on experience with AEM building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and workflows.
Familiarity with integration of AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud products.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
