Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives.
Achieve appointment setting, Sales Accepted Leads, and revenue targets.
Participate in strategic and tactical planning.
Implement and maintain sales best practices.
Hire, train, and ramp-up new team members.
Manage performance metrics and report on forecasts.
Conduct ongoing product and competitive training.
Interact with prospective customers and senior management.
Suggest improvements to optimize the lead qualification process.

Required
Proven relevant management experience, particularly in inside sales or outbound market research.
High energy, results-oriented professional with excellent business judgment.
Strong mentoring, training, and feedback skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently.
Knowledge of the technical marketplace and IT structures.
Comfortable interacting with clients via phone and email.
Preferred
Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems is a plus.
